The machine centralizes the feature of compact structure, high automatization, and humanized operation design.

Configuration:

• High quality feeder with 4 head suckers to make paper feeding more steady and rapid. Optioned with Germany Mabeg feeder without stopping work and paper pre-stacker with Maximum paper feeding height 950mm to push paper to feeder accurately.

• PLC control system with servo control and lay gauge on high precision to guarantee accuracy of paper overlapping.

• Adopts Man-machine interface system with color touch screen make operation easy and convenient. Operator can check the status of machine on touch screen.

• Big roller drying system can dry glue on film surface more quickly and evenly.

• Film cutting knife cuts film width to make it meet paper size. Pneumatic separating system can automatically cut paper.

• Automatic hydraulic system to provide stable and adjustable pressure.

• Equipped with built-in oil heating model with “intelligent constant temperature system” to ensure film temperature stays stable and even.

 Plain Cold & Thermal (Combo) Lamination comes with hot and cold gum section and useful for both types of film. It combines features of hot and cold process machines.

Available in multiple series of sizes in width  of 24" & 30", 36", 42" " with hot temperature sensor. The machine has dual feature of  plain laminating machine with cold process as well hot lamination with pregummed film .

Machine can be attached Automatic sheet separator unit as option. These machines are ideal for Quality Job Work. Thermal Laminated sheet does not shrink during Summer Season and are immediately ready for further conversion or processing (No Drying Time Required).

Plain section of this machine can be used for traditional Lamination.

Hydro mechanical pressure is provided for pressure roll.

In new innovation to get rid from traditional manual cutting sheet separation make machine free from additional man power and reduce the finishing time with auto cut/separation.

it requires to add circular perforated blade while unwinding film to make corner of film week to easy tear off when enter in separation process .

Separator can be supplied with mechanical or pneumatic process as in line or off line for cold application ,considering to the long drying time for cold process we advice to separate sheet after making roll offline and cut offline through winding and unwinding process
