DOUBLE FACER WITH HOT PLATES AND DRIVE ROLL
Double facer is at heart of a production line, After the fluting, the flute layers are passed through a double facer to apply heat and pressure to form a strong corrugated board.
Major parts of the facer is:
- Hot plates
- Cotton conveyor belt
- Drive roller
- Surface of the Heater plate is grinded: Height .600mm×12PCS / 18 pc/20/24 pcs according to speed and width of line

- Heating unit adopts concentrated press rollers; wholly fluid power raising and lowering. According to the cardboard, hand subsection press and electric press are adopted for choice, which Is good for the adherence and moldings of the cardboard.(can choice gravity roller pressing plate mixture to press. press plate groups can choice, and auto controlled the numbers by PLC )
- Cooling unit adopts concentrated press and carrier rollers to make sure of the molding quality.
- Hand correcting the error device and S type pneumatic tension device are adopted on the up cotton fabric belt;(With auto correcting the error device for choice)
- TS type Hand tension device and pneumatic tension device are adopted on the up cotton fabric belt; with simple and practical structure.
- Steam pipeline rational layout, according paperboard lay and the speed can be to achieve the hot plate separate group adjusting the temperature.
- Driving roller is packaged with type wearable rubber, which reduces the noise and improves the service life of the cotton fabric belt.
