Test of paper and corrugated board is basic requirement of all medium and large packaging houses. A simple test of corrugating board or paper for its bursting, gsm and moisture give higher confidence to the box manufacturer that his box is strong enough to take the weight of products .In this segment 3 major equipment is used:-
Bursting strength tester ( BS machine) : it can test the burst capacity of paper and corrugated board , test parameter of this instrument is to check the paper board by such pressure where it burst and by this test a box manufacturer fix the capacity of box to its user how much they can put it in box and any excess in box may result the bursting of the box and damage the quantity.
Moisture tester: Measure moisture exist in paper and guide the box manufacturer to do right solution to make the paper and box dry enough.
GSM TESTER: This instrument measure the gsm of paper and gude the box manufacturer to choose right GSM for the box.
