Sujata hot foil attachment is now available with Honeycomb heater to improve ease of affixing blocks on the heater plate. This greatly improves ease of use as well as makes it easier to do the changeover. It also removes the need to use double side tapes to affix blocks which can be a source of great inconvenience. Our latest innovation also improves the durability of the heater.

Sujata Hot foil attachment is used for hot foil or leaf printing on paperboard. Silver, gold foil printing, hot embossing, de embossing, die cutting, creasing, dry embossing, punching with high precision can be achieved by this attachment in . SDC PLUS -Die Cutter Cum Creaser WITH Full Heated Platen

Sujata SDC Plus series is powered by our proprietary Heated Platen Technology that allows entire area of stationary platen to be converted into heated platen. It allows for ease in changing jobs as well as powers the machine to do creasing and cutting on heavy duty jobs like PET material and Plastic based packaging.

Full heated platen machines which can be used for normal Die cutting as well for hot die cutting for cutting, creasing plastic boxes and other Plastic products , these machines are wide opens to give additional opening space.
