Our Combined Pressure folder gluer allows both universal and die cut corrugated cartons to be flap pasted. Comes with auto feeder, grinder and combined pressure belt.

The most loved folder gluer machine for corrugated boxes and mono-cartons. Laminated/coated/printed corrugated board can also be pasted on this machine using an additional grinding attachment.

The grinder makes an incision on the laminated/coated surface to apply the gum clinically so that flap can be pasted securely.

The machine is extremely easy to operate and any operator can be easily trained to work this at a high productivity. This is extremely flexible for all production levels of packaging manufacturers.

Machine can be ordered with single or double glue tank.

In double tank boxes can be fed from both sides to get 'twice the productivity' of one machine.

Single Piece Semi Auto Servo Corrugated Box Stitcher comes with jumbo roll facility and digital display for monitoring and changing sizes.

Automatic folder gluer is consist of three parts which are feeding paper part, glue folding part and counting stacking part. Speed adjust by digital, range adjust by PLC, double frequency convertor synchronous operation, with quick reliable and precise control mode. Automatic feeding paper, automatic gluing and folding, automatic counting and stacking with output. Gluing speed can reach to 150m/min, energy-saving, labor saving.

Function of each unit:

1.      Feeding part

• Adopt adsorption type belt lead edge paper feeding method, accurately and stable.
• Adopt high-grade electromagnetic clutch and electromagnetic brake system. Paper feeding unit can be controlled individually. Easy operation.
• Creasing wheel is adjustable for the thickness 2-8mm of cardboard.

Semi Auto Master Folder Gluer 2800 mm Open Width) comes with Auto Lift Table, Auto Stack and Count is suitable for flap pasting universal cartons that are typically made on slotters, RS4s, printer slotters and so on.

Semi-Automatic Gluing Machine is used for gluing flap of corrugated boxes. This machine is an alternative to stitching machine. Sheet feeding table i.e. Auto Lifting with Photoelectric Sensor will keep the feeding table on the correct feeding height.
