3 Layer single over head bridge

  • SINGLE layers are used in 3ply production lines.

  • On the single facer have drop system, sole frequency motor device, with the corrugated machine's speed at the same step.

  • the bridge suction adopt adsorb tension single corrugated paper, and adjusting the blast
  • volume to match the tension of different paper quality and speed.(can adopt frequency adjusting the blast volume)
  • Vacuum absorption box can be adjusted according to the width of the paper.
  • Baffle electric adjusting, correcting the error and adjusting multi-ply corrugated paper. (it can adopt PLC control baffle auto location suction)

5 Layer Duplex Overhead bridge

Structural features:

  • Main frame are connected with channel steel, joist steel and angle steel
  • Both side are equipped with safe guardrail and safe herringbone pedal, the operation plate is equipped with safe escalator to ensure the safety of worker and convenient operation
  • Independent variable frequency motor lifting mechanism, PVC conveyer belt transmit, the single corrugated board from steady flute profiles.
  • Surface of all rollers are grinding and plated chrome.
  • Vacuum suction tension control, aspiration channel: 5inches, install regulation valve, the air volume can be adjusted stepless.
  • One set of electromotion correction device, correction baffle adopt double guide post positioning , lead screw drive, fix position quickly and accurate, transmit steady.
  • Electromotion control installing two group of operation plate, upper and lower bridge can be adjusted arbitrarily, it is convenient and quick
  • With high strength composite board on the whole bridge, smooth and durable, small friction, reduce the resistance of paper board transmission.
