  1. Four servo motor  drive imported from Fujee /delta
  2. Accurate precision, reduce the mechanical transmission parts, can effectively reduce the mechanical failure rate.
  3.  The whole control system adopts Delta PLC control system
  4. Control the contactor in the cabinet are all  of international brand.
  5. Relays, circuit breaker adopts international brand, photoelectric and proximity switch adopts top international  brand.
  6. Bottom die , blade adopt Japan's tungsten steel production (wear)
  7. The whole stitch head adopt specifically  tungsten, CNC precision machining
  8. Change carton size and adjust carton nail distance only take one minute can be completed, greatly save time it is easy to operate.
  9. Can nail box & has a lid without cover carton box (with and without cover is required at time of order to nail in mechanical specification).
  10. After a period of automatic counting function, completes the product number can be set according to the number (1-99) fold, to the end of the conveying machinery, convenient packing banding.
