1000RB - Our High Speed Grooving machine is designed for notching precise and clean V type grooves on industrial cardboard, gray cardboard, MDF boards and other kinds of cardboards. It is especially designed considering Indian Manufacturers in mind with focus on durability, low power requirement, ease of use and versatility.

Cylinder based grooving machines are today considered a global standard with ubiquity in most prominent rigid box markets

Advantages over a traditional flat bed grooving machine

  1. Higher Speed of 1.5-2 times 
  2. Minimum grooving speed is 2mm while in traditional flat bed minimum grooving distance is 20mm thus making it more precise for smaller boards and precise box making applications
  3. No dust or clogging owning to cylinderical structure

It adopts proprietary transportation structure that wraps the cardboard on the entire surface of the roller(the diameter 60cm). This guarantees the groove is more accurate, precise and straight. The machine is highly accurate, of lightning speed and extremely durable with long lasting cutting blades.

  6. The cutting blade can groove 10,000-18,000 sheets in one go, then it is advised to sharpen the blade. Re-sharpening takes just two minutes. (We will supply a blade sharpener and it’s very easy to operate)

  8. Can groove any thickness from 300GSM to 3.6mm
