NC-SLITTER SCORER PLC/SERVO BASED

  • Diameter of upper driving roll: ￠860mm
  • Can  store 999 group of order, non-stop changeover or manual changeover could be realized
  • Changeover quickly, within 3-8 seconds, two machine working can realize quickly change order.
  • Follow the speed of production line automatically, to synchronize with the production line. Can connect with the production management system. Strong compatibility
  • By the high quality imported industrial computer and high-performance programmable controller make up up and down computer control system
  • Three type of scorer: convex to concave(three wall), convex to concave (five wall), convex to flat, which can be motor driven converted. The depth of creasing roll can be automatically controlled by computer, the linear is good and easy to bend. 
  • Adopt thin tungsten alloy steel knife, the blade is sharp, and the service life of the blade will be long. 
  • Sharpening of the blade is controlled by computer, he blade is grinding automatically or manually, could scrap edge when sharpening blade, so as to improve production efficiency. 
  • Adopt  synchronous driving device high precision, long use life, running low noise.
