Thermal lamination is designed to laminate with heat process with a pre-gummed film. It makes the lamination process more efficient, faster and smoother. Thermal laminations can be optionally attached with a sheet separator to even further enhance the productivity. They are essential in any kind of premium packaging to enhance the marketing communication the customer.

With cold (water based) adhesive and plain film combination to laminate paper and box based packaging products and articles.

It is used to laminate with Polyester/PVC/BOPP films. Traditionally BOPP is the most widely used film in packaging and printing industry due to its wide availability and eco-friendly nature.

Process is finished in sheet to reel or reel to reel process and machine is with rewinder which is most common features of all the models to be come after .

These machines are available with different technical specifications. Laminating PVC, BOPP and Polyester films of Minimum Microns on Sweet Boxes, Title Covers, Boxes, Aluminum Foiled Plates and other job for a wrinkle free job ,

 Plain Cold & Thermal (Combo) Lamination comes with hot and cold gum section and useful for both types of film. It combines features of hot and cold process machines.

Available in multiple series of sizes in width  of 24" & 30", 36", 42" " with hot temperature sensor. The machine has dual feature of  plain laminating machine with cold process as well hot lamination with pregummed film .

Machine can be attached Automatic sheet separator unit as option. These machines are ideal for Quality Job Work. Thermal Laminated sheet does not shrink during Summer Season and are immediately ready for further conversion or processing (No Drying Time Required).

Plain section of this machine can be used for traditional Lamination.

Hydro mechanical pressure is provided for pressure roll.

Window cum Plain Lamination Machine with cold (water based) adhesive and plain film combination to laminate paper and box based packaging products and articles.

It is used to laminate with Polyester/PVC/BOPP films. Traditionally BOPP is the most widely used film in packaging and printing industry due to its wide availability and eco-friendly nature.

Window application is extremely useful and relevant today to improve the marketing and aesthetic appeal of the product to the consumer. It finds applications today in food (bakery, sweets), consumer electronics, consumables (pens, sarees, dress materials, candles, clothes).

Underlying principle of plain and window is the same except for both there is a difference in gumming application. In normal plain lamination gum comes from top through gum section on film and then pressure helps paste the film on paper or board to complete process,

In window application, gum section is under the feeding section and printed article is fed to the machine in inverted form (printed side down), Gum is applied on paper or board and film is applied on board. Please note that the paper or board must be window cut before application and clear paste of film keep the portion of cut clean and clear to make real use of window process possible.

In new innovation to get rid from traditional manual cutting sheet separation make machine free from additional man power and reduce the finishing time with auto cut/separation.

it requires to add circular perforated blade while unwinding film to make corner of film week to easy tear off when enter in separation process .

Separator can be supplied with mechanical or pneumatic process as in line or off line for cold application ,considering to the long drying time for cold process we advice to separate sheet after making roll offline and cut offline through winding and unwinding process

Lamination sheet separator with mechanical slow and fast pulling roll or pneumatic cut off pressure 

 Automatic Sheet Separator is a uniquely designed Machine  for cutting Laminated Sheet Rolls into the Sheet Form and stacking them on the adjustable table located on the back side. This separator can also be used online with Thermal Lamination Machines  and can also be used separately for cutting PVC, BOPP and POLYESTER Laminated Sheets.

It is advised to use sheet seperator for cold lamination offline after making roll, as cold

lamination need time to dry.
