Shipping policy

We will communicate the expected delivery time for your order in our order confirmation.

For certain spares and equipment we hold standard inventory. Such orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout or they will be conveyed to you in the order confirmation mail.

For our custom made orders the shipping charges are generally 'To Pay' or are to be paid directly to the transport vendor while accepting your order.

Such terms will be communicated directly and transparently to you.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to all the countries.

International order (outside of India) are accepted only after pre-sales consultation with you. Post which a Performa invoice will be issued to you with all the terms and charges (including shipping) issued transparently with you. After confirmation and compliance with terms we will start preparing your order and post complete payment we will ship the order to you. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
